Like any professional firm, or indeed any business, our staff is our most important asset. The majority of our recruitment of professional staff is at the commencement of their University degree. We aim to provide practical training whilst studies are completed on a part-time basis.

On completion of University degrees, we encourage and assist graduates in completion of their CA studies to become members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Staff's technical knowledge is kept up to date through regular in-house and external professional development courses.

Whilst we have a close relationship with our staff during their training, we accept that after fully qualifying, some may wish to further their careers in Sydney or overseas. This has resulted in many of our former staff holding senior positions with firms in other cities and countries.
