Like any professional firm, or indeed any business, our staff is our most important asset. The majority of our recruitment of professional staff is at the commencement of their University Degree, whereby we provide practical training whilst studies are completed on a part-time basis.

We provide generous conditions and incentives to encourage academic success.

On completion of University Degrees, we encourage and assist graduates in completion of their CA studies to become members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

In addition, our staff is kept up to date in all services provided by our firm through both in-house and external professional development courses.

Whilst we have a close relationship with our staff during their training, we accept that after fully qualifying, some may wish to further their careers in Sydney or overseas. This has resulted in many of our former staff holding senior positions with firms in other cities and countries. We are proud of their success and pleased that they readily recognize the training received at TSP had contributed to the advancement of their careers.
